CREATION AND CONCEPTION

Question: "When will I get pregnant?"

Psychic Advice : The process of conceiving a child is actually the same energetic process as creating anything that we desire in life. We are creator beings, and we are always in the act of creating, either consciously or unconsciously - we are either creating through faith or fear. If you hold faith, then you will create all that you choose, but if you hold fear, then you will draw to you whatever you put your focus and attention on (you will steer your vehicle wherever you are looking).

Everything that humans create on Earth, including children, was first conceived of as a thought, and every thought that we have ever created or given life to is our child and our responsibility. We are electromagnetic beings living in an electromagnetic Universe. Our thoughts are the magnets that draw our reality to us, and our emotions electrify them and give them power. Your mind holds the key to your experiences on Earth (and beyond), and it is within your power to create that which you choose to create, but you must hold unconditional faith in your mind and in your heart.

Sometimes wanting something too much can actually push it away - being in the state of wanting can leave you wanting. The energy of desperation, whether it is for conception of a child, or for money, or success, or a relationship, is not an attractive energy, it is a repulsive energy that can actually repel that which you so fervently desire.

There is a vast difference between wanting and choosing. Wanting implies that there is a hole in your life, an unmet need, and a place that is not whole or fulfilled, where something is missing. This cannot be filled by anything outside of you, and no matter how much we want to fill that void, either with children, or with money, or with a relationship, that empty place can only be filled with Love: self-love and divine love. Such love will in turn attract all that you choose, because in loving yourself, you will know that you are worthy and will allow yourself to have all that you desire. Wanting gives away power to external forces, and will leave a person in a perpetual state of wanting and dissatisfaction. Wanting is a hole that becomes deeper and deeper the more you want, eventually becoming a depression.

On the other hand, choosing is an act of will and power. Choosing what you desire to experience comes from an empowered place of faith, and faith is a powerful magnet, as is gratitude. Gratitude is the most powerful form of prayer, because all time is now, and everything already exists, so be grateful that you have all that you choose already, and so you will. Gratitude is a great way to express your faith for all that you have attracted and created in your life, and all that you are about to attract and create in your life. To be grateful for it already is to bring it more into your reality, which is the ultimate act of faith and attraction and conception.

When you choose to create something in your life, every thought you have about it must be at peace with that creation. If you fear it, you will attract the aspect of it that you fear, for instance, fear of success is actually fear of failure, and failure is what you will attract out of fear. Likewise, fear of not having money is actually the fear of money, and so you will attract the experience of not having money. In order to consciously and willingly attract an experience to you, you must truly love it - you must love it into existence, because love is a creative act, and the act of creation and conception is seeded in love. You must love it for the right reasons, putting your heart and soul and passion into its creation.

You must also have absolute certainty about what you are choosing to create in your life, and that unwavering faith will make it absolutely real for you, one way or another, at one time or another (not always according to your time frame, expectations or agenda, so you must hold faith nonetheless). Having absolute faith and certainty that you are creating and attracting whatever you truly desire will allow you to relax, and it is in that relaxation that you become truly magnetic and attractive, and open to receive. Desperation is actually coming from a lack of faith that will keep pushing that which you desire away. It is like going after a ball on the water: if you swim after it furiously, it will keep moving away from you, but if you approach it in peace, with certainty, then you will reach it with ease and grace.

Before you choose to create anything in life, it is important to explore, know and understand what your motivations are, what your true (or hidden) desires are, and what fears you may have about it (which may sabotage your success if they remain unconscious and unaddressed). You must know why you desire what you desire: is it for what you have to give and offer, or is it for what you stand to gain? Is it about learning and growing, or teaching and sharing what you have learned, or both? Do you desire to fulfill a need of your own, or that of others, or both? Or is it simply something that you would truly enjoy experiencing (which is actually the most compelling reason, as far as the Universe is concerned).

Once you know what you desire and why you desire it, then you plant the seed of your creation with passion, and nurture it with love and faith. Any act of creation in life involves a time of gestation, where that creation already exists but awaits full manifestation on the earthly plane. During this time of expectancy, you must hold your faith until that which you desire to create is ultimately born.

When it comes to the conception of a child, it is essential to remember that the soul of that child already exists, and is waiting for the right time and energy in order to manifest on Earth. Souls of children often hang around their parents for years before they choose to come through. Conception is the ultimate co-creative act, because it involves the Free Will and consciousness of both parents, and also requires the Free Will and choice of the soul choosing to come into this reality.

Many people, especially women, want a child in order to fulfill themselves. Nothing outside of the self can fulfill the self, and searching for fulfillment through motherhood will only be truly fulfilling if one is already filled full. Needing to have a child, or a relationship, or anything else in life, is an insatiable hunger coming from a lack of feeling fulfilled. The danger here is that babies are completely dependent, which makes them entirely needy, so a mother who is looking for the child to fulfill her own needs will instead find herself having to give infinitely of herself, and risks feeling completely drained and empty.

To attract or create anything, especially a child, you must create the space and time for it in all the dimensions of your life. You must invite it into your life with all your heart. I would suggest that you write a letter to your unborn child, to the soul that you are choosing to bring forth into this life (it may be most powerful for the father to write his own letter as well). Write about all that you have to offer, all that you have to teach and share, and all that you are willing to give to that soul. In that letter, ask for the type of relationship you want to have with that child, be honest about your fears and promises, and create a sacred contract between you to learn from each other, to give and receive from each other. Pledge to support and empower that soul to experience all that it chooses to experience on Earth, and commit to your own growth and evolution in the process. Then create a true invitation to that soul to come into this life through you, with your unconditional love, faith and acceptance.

Then it is important to make sure that the child is conceived in pure love, not while watching the clock, calendar or thermometer! The energy in which a child is conceived begins to color the canvas of that child's life, so make sure it is truly a conscious act of love that brings your child into your being. Hold the energy of gratitude, love and joy throughout the whole process of conception and pregnancy. Try not to be disappointed if the timing is not yet right, just keep holding your love and absolute faith that you will have a child in your life, and let that guide you to your true experience.

Remember that there is always more than one way to create your chosen experience, and you may be asked to be open to other paths that lead to your desired destination. There are many babies in this world already who need to be loved, and sometimes those who have so much love to give are called to be parents to these children. It is often the case that people who want children so intensely adopt a child, only to become pregnant thereafter because the pressure is lifted (and because the Universe has guided them to fulfill another sacred contract through adoption that may not have taken place if natural conception had occurred in the first place).

The key to manifesting anything is to relax and allow it to occur as you are truly ready. Rest assured that all is created in divine perfection and timing, because there is no other. If there is too much pressure, this creates a contracted state where there is no room or flexibility to allow anything to enter that space. You must allow yourself to create from a place of joy and passion, with absolute love for what you are choosing to experience - then create it with unconditional faith, certainty and trust in yourself and in the Universe. Relax and enjoy the process, because the act of creation is meant to be an act of joy and divine love.
