"COMMUNICATING WITH GOD"

Question: "Do you believe that we are co-creators with God and create our reality?"

Psychic Advice:
There is a Cosmic Intelligence that permeates everything in the Universe and is the substance from which all things are created. This Cosmic Intelligence is known by many names, and is often referred to as "God", the Source of All That Is. Some people are uncomfortable with the name "God" because of religious issues, but as Shakespeare said, "What's in a name?  That which we call a rose by any other name would smell as sweet".

For the sake of others' comfort, I often refer to God as "Source", or as the "Divine", but in answer to this question, I will refer to "God" directly. I believe that God is the One, the Source of All - that God is all things and pervades all things. I believe that we are One with God, and God is One with us. We are the essence and expression of God in human form, and have the God-given power to create and to co-create with God. To love God is to love all things, and to love yourself is to love God.

God is a multi-dimensional infinite being, and so are we. God is omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent - and so are we; but while God is fully aware of All That Is, we are not, at least not consciously. We are in the process of awakening to understand who we really are and what we are truly capable of. We are growing and evolving in our consciousness, and recognizing our power to create our reality.

We essentially create reality with the third eye, or the "mind's eye". Within our third eye, we formulate our thoughts and desires, then we project these desires into the holographic Universe, where the Cosmic Intelligence commands substance to substantiate in order to create and materialize our desires (much the way that an artist sculpts a mass of clay into an art form). We create reality with imagination, then those images become active and alive, and manifest as a life form in our reality.

We have the Divine Power to create infinitely, and to manifest out of "thin air". An artist can create reality with imagination, as can an architect, a builder, a writer, a director, an inventor, etc. They simply start with an idea and inspiration, then manifest that in reality. We all have the power to do this. Words create your reality, thoughts create your reality, and desires create your reality. You are creating and co-creating your reality moment-by-moment, with every thought, every choice, and every desire.

The infinite Cosmic Substance is constantly changing in response to your thoughts, desires, actions and reactions. Moment-by-moment the world is a completely different reality, and no two moments are ever the same. Every breath you take changes this world; every thought and every action shifts the vibration of the entire Universe. You emit energy waves that ripple throughout Creation, and Creation responds to those ripples, and sends those waves back to you. Everything that is on the same wavelength as your thoughts, feelings and actions is reflected back to you.

You are created in the image and in the imagination of God, and you are a divine reflection. The reality that you experience is a reflection of your thoughts and beliefs - the Universe reflects your energy back to you, and that is the reality that you see, perceive and experience. You can change your reality by changing your thoughts, beliefs, feelings, words and actions. Whenever you shift the focus of your attention, you also shift your energetic frequency. This allows you to create and energize a different reality, because the reality that you experience as your reality is the reflection and manifestation of what you focus on and energize.

The negative aspects of our reality are also our own creation, sometimes created out of what we reject or deny, or what we do not want to accept. It is like the indigestible matter that leaves our being as waste, and we see this "crap" reflected all around us also (of course, the more you focus on the crap, the crappier reality seems to be). We cannot hide from ourselves, and we cannot really hide any aspect of ourselves; we must learn to love all of our creation, warts and all, but we do not have to dwell or focus on the blemishes unless we choose to heal them. Ultimately, it is all good because it is all God, so the challenge is to come to unconditional acceptance and unconditional love for All That Is. This is when you have true power to co-create with God, for then you are as God is.

God is with us and within us. We are created of the same Divine Substance and the same Cosmic Intelligence that is in everything in the Universe, and that creates everything in the Universe. God is all around us, but not outside of us. God is everywhere, in everything, and you are One with God and with All That Is. We are in unison and in communion with God, and that allows us to communicate with God. God hears our every thought, and feels our every feeling. God speaks to us all the time through everything within us and around us, but we don't always listen or pay attention.

Communicating with God involves connecting deeply with God inside you, not searching for God outside of you. However, if you have trouble accepting that God is within you, you may begin by honoring and looking for God in all things - in everything around you. It is easy to recognize God in nature: to feel the power of the Sun, the exquisite beauty of the flowers, and the extraordinary diversity of life in this world is to be in awe of Divine Creation. Admire the miraculous artistry that creates everything in nature. Look at the miraculous creation that is your body, and how it functions with Divine Intelligence. Remember that your thoughts, beliefs, feelings and actions affect the substance that is your body. Every thought matters because every thought affects matter and materializes in some form.

If you look for God in everything and in everyone, you will find the good in everything and everyone, and you will attract and create all that is good in your reality. Remember that the most effective way of communicating with God is with gratitude, because gratitude raises your vibration to the highest frequencies, allowing you to align yourself with all that is Divine.

Everything that is "man-made" was also co-created by divine inspiration, and supports the evolution of consciousness in one way or another, whether we recognize this or not. God lives within us, inspiring us and empowering us every moment of our lives. Communicating with God is easiest when you consciously and wholeheartedly invite God to experience Itself and Its Creation through you, to live your life with you. One of the purposes of this Creation is for God to be completely conscious of Itself in every aspect of Itself. You are one of those aspects of God, and the more you are consciously aware of that, the more power you have for co-creating and communicating with God, and experiencing Divine Joy and Bliss.
